In my experience, and I’ve 10 years of researching it, I would say diet accounts for about 95% of the make up of acne, not the cause (obviously). Seeing as, astoundingly, people continue to dismiss the food-acne link, I will be generous and suggest this is one? of the more sensible videos for acne sufferers to view.

It’s not necessarily food that causes acne but the hormones added to the food (especially meat and dairy). If you can afford it, switch to organic foods. You don’t have to change to soy milk, they sell regular milk that is organic. I’m a vegetarian myself but if you eat meat, they sell organic meat! Either way, you can still get acne from not moisturizing your skin. If? it’s too dry, it creates natural oils which clog your pores. So honestly, make sure to clean your skin like the woman said!

Studies has showed that what you eat doesn’t effect “your face”. I’ve found that to? be true, event though I can’t really agree on it.

Of course making healthier decisions what you’re eating is better than eating extra unhealthy fat fast food n shit. But I don’t think that acne can be cured by just eating healthier, and especially not by becoming a vegan. It’s all about stupid hormones.
    Good thing yours disappear though
